Media Production Art – Service Overview

(a) Description

Media Production Art is an online platform where individuals or organizations registered as clients (each referred to as a “Client”) can submit specific project requests along with detailed descriptions, sample references, or other media (each called a “Creative Brief”). Clients may update these submissions through revised instructions (each a “Revision Brief”) and receive design outputs (each a “Response”) from professional designers engaged by Media Production Art (“Members”). The Service will be provided based on the package you select, as outlined in section (e) below. Responses are developed through an iterative process involving Creative Briefs, Revision Briefs, and Responses, ultimately leading to a final design that aligns with your requirements.

(b) Creative Briefs and Responses

You are fully responsible for preparing and submitting clear and detailed Creative Briefs on the Website, including any reference materials and applicable deadlines. For every requested Response, a document (“Term Sheet”) will be created outlining the terms and conditions associated with your Creative or Revision Brief. Media Production Art is not obligated to review any Creative Brief, Revision Brief, or Term Sheet for accuracy, completeness, clarity, or quality. Additionally, Media Production Art reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any submission or related Term Sheet.

(c) Review of Responses

Once a Response is delivered, it is your responsibility to review it promptly. If you do not notify Media Production Art within a reasonable time that the Response does not meet the requirements outlined in the Creative Brief or Term Sheet, it will be considered accepted. If you believe the Response does not meet your expectations, you must submit a Revision Brief specifying the changes required. Upon receiving your Revision Brief, Media Production Art will provide an updated Response aligned with your revised instructions. Media Production Art is not responsible for the outcome of Responses when they are created strictly according to your provided briefs.

(d) Revision Process

Revision cycles typically include multiple additional design variations incorporating your requested changes. The purpose of revisions is to refine the project in your desired direction. Significant changes can be requested during the first and second revision cycles, and the resulting designs may differ substantially from the original concept. From the third revision onward, requests should focus on modifying the existing design. Requests that significantly deviate from the current concept may still be completed; however, Media Production Art reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $50 for each such revision. No paid revision work will begin without your prior approval.

(e) Service Packages

Clients may choose from the following packages: Logo Startup Design Package | Logo Classic Design Package | Logo Premium Design Package | Logo Unlimited Design Package.

(f) Client Accounts and Payments

To use the Service, you must register and complete payment using a valid credit card or another approved payment method accepted by Media Production Art. You will be charged based on the selected package, along with any additional services or add-ons you choose. If paying by credit card, you must provide accurate billing details during registration. A receipt will be sent to you via email for all transactions. Media Production Art reserves the right to update its pricing and introduce additional fees at any time; however, such changes will not affect projects submitted prior to the updated pricing taking effect.
